Can today's YOB culture and general chavness be directly blamed on Liberalism and political correctness?

I think this is because their lives have always been easy. They have never been faced with hardship. It isnt about being hit, it has to start by them respecting themselves being taught not to expect a helping hand all their lives. Not being given everything they want. Parents have to set rules and inforce them. Give them curfews but there is only so much that teachers, parents and police can do. It is up to them. Its sad but they all look up to the singers on their televisions and fantacise about things that will never happen. They know theyll get funding and help from the government even if they dont have good jobs in the future. This support needs to be limited. I am 15, I lived in Africa for 10 years of my life at the age of 8 I cooked for me and my sister, handwashed our clothes and dishes, cleaned the house and had to do 5 pieces and more homework everynight. I also used to go and fetch water carry it home in a bucket above my head up hills,I would walk for over 30 minutes. Thats changed since I came here and because I know hardship I dont need to be hit to respect people
