Do you think she lied about him confessing *10 points*?
Alright, I said I'd had with a 20 year old (I'm 15) but took it back when I realized the cops saw the counseling session where I'd said it happened. The prosecutor said he gave a written confession that corroborated my story, but without me to back it up, they can't prosecute him. Does that mean he didn't give a written confession? I refuse to testify against him, and they're gonna charge me with filing a false police report. What will my penalty be, and is that a misdemeanor or a felony? I live in Arkansas. The prosecutor said that she can't pursue the charges, but that doesn't mean she'll drop the case necessarily, and I still have time to take back my new statement. What's that mean? If she can't pursue the case, how can it stay open?
