How can i get health insurance for me and my child fast i live in jacksonville fl?

i cant get insurance its so hard i live wit parents but they always wanna go by their income but i never qualify because they make to much i have gall stones i need surgery and my daughter has asthma i cant get help from anyone can someone help me
