Im 15 years old and i want to get rid of sun spots, how do i do that? without too much money.?

i just got back from a trip to el salvador and i noticed i had 2 brown spots on my hand and i looked it up on the internet and i think it might be a sun spot. so i was wondering how i could get rid of them without too much money.
