I agree 100% with your #1 item but your tax on wealthy worries me a little as these are the same people who invest and start businesses. Overall, you are thinking well as you have the guts and brains to submit a solution. Keep thinking as you are on the right track with protecting our economy with your #1 idea. I would also add a deep cut in the size of our federal government amongst a host of other ideas to many to enumerate here.
