Visanthe Shiancoe is my TE, should I pick up another off waivers?

These are the ones that are available Todd Heap, Dustin Keller, Tony Scheffler, Brandon Pettigrew, Spencer Havner. Thanks for your input. I'm 8-1, Gates was my TE but had to trade him for Moreno and Shonn Green, because Leon Washington was my RB2.
