What do I do when the police don't respond to my concerns about drugs being sold in a house I own?

I discovered there is no narcotic enforcement in the city and I have spoke with an officer in a different city who said he would contact the county sheriffs for me, a week later and still no response. I have the aviction notice ready, but really want this guy caught. Its the son of the woman I let move in. She lied about his age and other stuff. I feel bad for the neighbors, I lived in that house and raised my children there. I did find out that if the house is raided without my involvement they will take the house for two years. I dont know what to do, all of this is literally making me sick. I would apperciate any advice.
