Can someone advise ? I need some advise on this subject,as i've never been in this position before !?

if one of you comes out of work then you will be eligible for working tax credit and you will also receive tax credit for the child you wont be penalised for giving up work a child needs a parent with them at home for the first part of his or her life and these days it doesn't have to be the mother the only reason you don't apply at the mo is because you both work the claim will be different when only one of you are working
