How do i go about having a marine wedding? who do i talk to for a marine chaplain? where can i have it in?

my fiancee and i are going to be getting married after he graduates from basic training. were getting married before he heads off for school when he comes to visit for that week... we want to have a marine wedding but i dont know how to go about it... who to ask... where to have it... we are non-denominational and we dont have time to take the cles churches require before getting married... we live in the suburbs of chicago there are no bases here that we can get married on, so im having some trouble with just about all of it... im guessing he will be back around september so thats even too cold to have an outdoor wedding, i really dont want to get married at the courthouse but it looks like thats what were going to end up doing if i cant find anywhere else to have it... does anybody have any advice?
