Im 20 and my parents found my vibrator?

Hi im 20 and my parents found my vibrator but they are being completely unreasonable. They said I am not allowed to have ual feelings until marriage..Am i in the twilight zone? I am still a virgin but why are they making me feel like I have done something terrible? How do i tell them that I am 20 years old and they need to accept this!
