Vibration in ear????

For about a week now, I've noticed a really subtly noise in my right ear. It's like when the pressure changes and you start hearing that weird muffling noise, you can kinda recreate it by plugging your ears up by pushing in on them. Also, it's not just the noise, I can feel it a little bit too, it doesn't hurt but it's a weird feeling.. it's really annoying tho and I wanna make sure I'm not going deaf or something, does anyone know what this is? Thank you
