Where is there a list video laws by state?

With the Brett Darrow thing (police harment caught on video - a href="http://www.thenewspaper.com/news/19/1961.asp)," rel="nofollow"http://www.thenewspaper.com/news/19/1961…/a I was thinking about starting to video tape in my own car. What is the legality of that by state? Do some states allow that and others do not?
