How's This Really Short Excerpt (100 Words!)...?

It sounds good, however if you want to paint an even better picture try using some more metaphors. A reader's first impressions are key. If you can't think of any good metaphors, describe the scene to your friends and see if they have ideas. I always do it, it makes my writing fell more refreshing.
