Is it impressive to give a 30 minute speech on Libya and not mention oil?

Obama didn't mention oil? Damn, that's all I could hear him talking about. I know, I know, he didn't say the ACTUAL words but you don't have to be a rocket scientist to know what he was talking about. Obama loooooooooves oil as long as it doesn't come from our own drilling rigs. Hell, he just handed Brazil TWO BILLION DOLLARS to help them drill for oil while enforcing a moratorium on drilling in the Gulf of Mexico by our own oil companies. And you know what? Not one peep from all those environmentalists about Brazil drilling in the ocean.
