My three year old was just diagnosed with shingles.......?

the doctor said their is nothing to worry about as it is relatively mild in children, but now i'm paranoid that i'm getting shingles my throat is really sore and has spots on it I've had chicken pocks before so tell me am i just freaking out for nothing.
